Man to stand trial

A MAN allegedly drove a car at another man, leaving him injured.

Kelvin Swann, 54, of Miltonbank Crescent, Guardbridge, will stand trial at Dundee Sheriff Court.

Swann denies a charge of driving a vehicle and striking Angel Tiklarov on the body with his vehicle to Mr Tiklarov’s injury at Camperdown Street, Dundee, on July 16 last year.

Trial takes place on August 31 with an intermediate diet on August 10.
