I WRITE regarding the Evening Telegraph articles about customer satisfaction with bus services in Dundee.
Xplore Dundee welcomes all feedback, we use it to keep on improving our services.
Transport Focus’s national bus passenger survey provides statistically rigorous results and is used by all major bus operators. The latest survey showed 91% of passengers are satisfied with Xplore Dundee buses.
Xplore Dundee’s overall score is 1% higher than the 90% given in the last survey in 2014.
The results reflect customers’ opinions on things like waiting time, punctuality, bus stops, travel information and journey times. Xplore Dundee scored the same or higher than 2014 in areas such as driving safety, accessibility and driver helpfulness.
We are working hard to retain our high standards of service and to achieve more in those areas where customers are telling us they’d like to see improvements.
