The parade will set off from the top of the Old High Street beside St Paul’s Church at 5.30pm and will move along New Row.
It will then head i nto County Place and continue on to South Street where it will head towards to the River Tay.
A spokesman for Perth and Kinross Council said: “There will be a rolling road closure in place and this should be completed by 6pm at the latest. This will cause some delays to journeys in the city at this time.”
