Man denies vandalism

STANLEY Marnie, 30, of Kilberry Street, denies a vandalism charge.

Marnie is accused of, on November 21 last year, at Loons Road, without reasonable excuse, wilfully or recklessly destroying or damaging property belonging to another by breaking a door handle and CCTV equipment.

Marnie’s trial was set down for May 30.

An intermediate diet is set to take place on May 10.
