RETURN TO LIVI FOR GERS STRIKER RYAN
R YA N Hardie has completed his return to Livingston after joining on a season-long loan from Rangers.
The forward was part of the side that earned promotion to the Ladbrokes Premiership last season and he has returned to the club, with Kenny Miller thought to be poised to take the vacant manager’s position.
Reports suggest former Rangers man Miller will join Livi as a playermanager later this week but the club have been busy strengthening prior to his arrival.
Hardie, a Scotland youth international, made seven appearances for Gers last season before moving to West Lothian in the second half of the campaign and scoring eight in 17 games in all competitions.
Acting manager David Mar tindale said: “I am delighted to bring R ya n H a rd i e b a ck to Livingston.
“From the minute that final whistle blew at Firhill I have been on his back urging him to give us a season in the Premiership.
“To be honest, Rangers have been terrific and very supportive of Ryan coming back to us, so it’s a win-win for both parties.
“Ryan, to be fair, has always said he would love to return.
“It speaks volumes for the club as a whole that we have players of Ryan’s undoubted ability wanting to return to and play for Livingston.”
