Too much traffic

IF it’s supposed to be a lockdown why is there so much traffic on the roads? The government says stay at home, only go out for essential shopping and exercise, work from home if possible and only travel if totally necessary.

Last year the roads were deserted during the March lockdown. Come on people, be sensible and we will get through this pandemic quicker.
