Dealer be­hind bars after drug of­fences

A DRUG dealer who ad­mit­ted be­ing con­cerned in sup­ply­ing heroin was re­manded in cus­tody at Dundee Sher­iff Court.

John Tracey, 30, a pris­oner at Perth, ad­mit­ted that on May 11 at Brown­hill Place, he was con­cerned in the sup­ply of heroin and, on May 12 at the same ad­dress, he was con­cerned in the sup­ply of cannabis resin, both while on bail.

Pleas of not guilty to sev­eral other drugs charges, plus a charge of at­tempt­ing to per­vert the course of jus­tice by at­tempt­ing to run from of­fi­cers at Po­lice HQ, were ac­cepted by the Crown. Sen­tence was de­ferred un­til Septem­ber 27. n DEB­O­RAH Keith, 53, of Leith Walk, had sen­tence de­ferred un­til Septem­ber 15 after ad­mit­ting she punched Lee Co­p­land at Buskers, Ward Road, on Novem­ber 13 last year.
