Who’d want to buy a flat here?

Evening Telegraph (Late Extra Edition) - - YOURVOICE - Tom Black.

DUNDEE City Council is giving a developer a prime city site on which to build 28 twobedroom flats!

The proposed flats at Trades Lane (left) could easily equate to 56 car owners and not a single parking space.

The site has been unloved and unwanted for many years.

I guess it could have been sold as a parking lot and a business person could have made a modest income.

Who would buy a flat in such a noisy area with all the traffic fumes? Although, it would be handy for the shops.

Jimmy Borland is obviously sold on the V&A.

I’m sure every item will wing its way from central London where it has been in storage for decades.

On the other hand I never see crowds of people standing in line waiting to enter Dundee’s own museum in the McManus building which, by the way, is a far better building and anyone can enter for free.

It also has an art gallery.
