City book sells out

Evening Telegraph (Late Extra Edition) - - FRONT PAGE -

A BOOK written by an American author fascinated by the many quirks of Dundee sold out in just two hours.

Waterstones has now had to create a waiting list for Only In Dundee (and a wee bit of the Ferry) after it featured in the Tele last week.

Penned by New Yorknative Deedee Cuddihy, who now lives in Glasgow, the book looks at the many facets of the city which make it unique.

It is made up of a collection of mostly humorous, first-hand anecdotes and photographs.

Deedee told the Tele she was amazed at the response to the book and revealed interest hasn’t just been from the City of Discovery.
