Celebration time for city students

THE achievements of students from across Glasgow were celebrated at a glitzy ceremony.

The annual City of Glasgow College Student Achievement Awards recognised student excellence and achievement.

Awards were presented at the college’s City campus and attended by 35 students from a broad range of studies, their families, friends and invited guests.

Vice Principal for Student Experience at City of Glasgow College, Joanna McGillivray, presented the students with their awards.

She said: “I believe it is right that we recognise and applaud individuals who have exceeded their limits to succeed in their studies.”
