Anti-racism action day
ANTI-racism campaigners are urging people to support Show Racism the Red Card with a day of action next month.
Friday, October 6, will be Wear Red Day to fundraise to support work in schools and workplaces.
Politicians at the Scottish Parliament have signed up to show their backing. Anas Sarwar Glasgow Labour MSP said: “Scotland is an open, diverse and welcoming country, but the forces of hatred have not been silenced.
“Racism is a stain on our society, and I want to see it eradicated so that the next generation of Scots grow up in a more tolerant nation.”
