Holkham Hall

Exclusively British - - CRAFTSMANSHIP -

Holkham Hall offers an outstanding family day out providing a wide range of casual and formal experiences for all age groups both inside the house and in the parkland and woods. 2017 has seen the acclaimed opening of a new Courtyard visitor area which provides a great sense of arrival as well as new facilities to host weddings and shoppers. This new visitor zone has also created space for an engaging new exhibition "Field & Fork", with interactive displays, vintage tractors, digital games and the chance to dress up in Holkham Estate tweed. It tells the story of food and farming in Britain but particularly the Norfolk agricultural pioneers of the 18th century and the vital contribution of the Coke family of Holkham. There's cycling, canoing, kayaking, rowing, water zorbing, open air cinema, and perhaps the best beach in Britain. No visitor could fail to catch the Holkham magic.
