Every Monday, 10.15am-12.15pm The National Trust in West Yorkshire offer weekly walks suitable for both novices and experienced walkers, allowing you to develop your Nordic walking technique. This activity uses 90% of muscles but reduces stress on joints, so it's a great way to increase fitness. Each walk covers approximately 3 miles, and equipment is provided.
