Name: Unique Age: Nine Lives: An­tigua, Caribbean ON 6 Septem­ber, Hur­ri­cane Irma, the strong­est hur­ri­cane ever recorded in the At­lantic, hit the is­lands of the East­ern Caribbean, in­clud­ing An­tigua, where Unique is from.

20,000 chil­dren live on the col­lec­tion of is­lands, and 132 schools have been dam­aged. How­ever, Unique is de­fi­ant in the face of the de­struc­tion caused by Irma. “My mum says that Irma did not de­feat us.”
