25g but­ter 25g flour 400g mac­a­roni pasta tubes Half a litre of milk 125g cheese 50ml cream Parme­san Bread­crumbs Pars­ley sprigs


1. Put the mac­a­roni into boil­ing, salted water and leave to cook 2. Put the but­ter into a pan over medium heat so it melts 3. Add the flour and whisk it so it dis­solves into the but­ter 4. Pour the milk in and then slowly add the cheese 5. Whisk it all to­gether so the cheese melts into the sauce. Keep whisk­ing un­til it starts to thicken 6. Add the cream and mix it all to­gether, then turn off the heat 7. Drain the mac­a­roni, then add it to the sauce and mix well. Keep mix­ing so that the sauce goes in­side the tubes of mac­a­roni 8. Pour the mix­ture into a dish and grate Parme­san over the top 9. Sprin­kle over the bread­crumbs and pars­ley to serve
