WHAT’S THE DEBATE?

First News - - Special Report -

To some Americans, the Second Amendment means that they have a right to carry guns whenever and wherever they want. Some people say that the law gives anyone the right to have guns, while others say it means only members of a militia armed by each state can have them.

To others, it’s an outdated law that should be scrapped, and that officials in 1791 could never have imagined the damage that would be caused by powerful machine guns in the future.
