Champion cheese

First News - - Home News -

Wales’ only native cheese, traditional Welsh Caerphilly, has been awarded a special status. Gwynfor and Thelma Adams started making the cheese in 1987 and, to this day, it’s still made with the same original recipe. The cheese now has EU protected status, which means people can’t copy it.
