SALMON ice cream could soon be com­ing to a milk bar near you! This novel of­fer­ing is one of the en­tries at the Alaska Sym­phony of Seafood, which has had a va­ri­ety of wild Alaska salmon en­tries over the years, but never as ice cream be­fore. The prod­uct is called Can­died Salmon Ice Cream, from Mac Wheeler, owner of Coppa, an Alaskan re­tail store. The an­nual Alaska Sym­phony of Seafood, or­gan­ised by the Alaska Fish­eries De­vel­op­ment Foun­da­tion, awards prizes for cre­ativ­ity and in­no­va­tion. The win­ning prod­ucts will be dis­played at Seafood Expo North Amer­ica in Boston on March 19 to 21, 2017.
