A study at the Univer­sity of Mi­ami and the Univer­sity of West­ern Aus­tralia has found that tat­tooed job can­di­dates now face min­i­mal neg­a­tive pre­con­cep­tions from em­ploy­ers, and suf­fer no wage dis­ad­van­tage com­pared to non-tat­tooed peers.
