Cocktail maestro Tony Conigliaro’s latest bar, spirits to try and wine to invest in

65ml Warner Edwards Harrington Elderflower Gin 10ml dry vermouth (like Noilly Prat) 15ml fresh lemon juice 10ml gomme (sugar syrup) thyme sprig

Switch up a traditional gin martini with Warner Edwards Harrington Elderflower Gin. Simply put all the wet ingredients in a cocktail shaker with cubed ice and shake well. Strain into a coupette glass and garnish with a couple of thyme springs (baby peg, optional).
