Hana is a shin­ing ex­am­ple of how a con­tem­po­rary Ja­panese restau­rant should look. Sakura branches mix with ur­ban de­sign and neu­tral bam­boo tones, which set the back­drop to truly ex­cel­lent food. Feast on sashimi, ni­giri and maki served in a crys­tal box, and wash it down with a vi­o­let ris­shun cock­tail scented with cherry blos­som. Move on to quail with shichimi pep­per and mirin-mar­i­nated black cod with yuzu chilli-miso sauce. Fin­ish with del­i­cate fruit jelly, bit­ter choco­late and sour cherry, with a side of flo­ral-flavoured mac­arons. SD. sakeno­
