50ml vodka

50ml grape­fruit juice

20ml sugar syrup

½ fresh apri­cot

2 dashes Naga

Chilli Bit­ters chilli salt grape­fruit wedge green chilli

As the weather turns cooler, warm up with this spicy serve from restau­rant Dirty Bones. Be­gin by salt­ing your rim. Mois­ten the edge of a high­ball, tip chilli salt into a saucer and roll the glass. Put the other in­gre­di­ents into a shaker and mud­dle thor­oughly, be­fore adding ice and shak­ing. Fi­nally, pour into the glass over more ice. Gar­nish with grape­fruit wedge and a chilli.
