Of course, French schools serve many tra­di­tion­ally French dishes from all over the coun­try. Moules-frites day is a par­tic­u­lar favourite, but I also re­mem­ber eat­ing Lyon quenelles (fish mousse), boeuf bour­guignon, blan­quette de veau (veal stew) and rata­touille.
