A You got a bargain here Sue! This is a lovely double clematis called ‘Josephine’. Once established, it will bloom all summer, producing fully double flowers. Young plants and those that are slightly short of water or nutrients produce partly double flowers like yours. As it gets established, the flowers will improve.
