Q Why are all plums marked on my tree?

ATh­ese blobs of hard­ened resin aren’t caused by dis­ease but are the re­sult of en­vi­ron­men­tal stress. This is most likely caused by ir­reg­u­lar wa­ter­ing or ex­treme hot weather. Some­times they can be caused by phys­i­cal dam­age such as in­sect or bird, but the plums are per­fectly fit to eat.
