Corn marigolds ( Glebionis segetum)

Garden News (UK) - - About Now -

Although considered native, this bushy plant, with golden, daisy-like flowers, is probably an ancient introduction, brought to this country along with corn many centuries ago. It blooms for months and the bright flowers attract bees and butterflies. Thrives in sandy soils. Height: 45cm (18in).
