Garden News (UK) - - Reader Offers -

Very slow-growing, but worth the wait! The ‘buttercup witch hazel’ offers interest through the seasons. First, in February, lime-yellow, sweetly-scented blooms appear, which dangle elegantly and last into April. Then, when the foliage arrives, it has a distinctive copper hue. Finally, in autumn, it offers exceptional leaf colour. Thrives in acid soil. H: 1.5m (5ft), S: 2.4m (8ft).
