Keep picking courgettes

Garden News (UK) - - What To Do This Week -

For many people it has been a really good year for courgettes and they’ve produced large amounts of fruits. If plants are still healthy and growing they should continue to flower and fruit for a few more weeks yet, so you can enjoy the last of the summer produce, either fresh or used to make chutneys or ratatouille. Keep harvesting courgettes while they’re young and tender and in dry weather, water and feed around the roots. Male flowers, with a slender stalk instead of an embryo fruit, can also be removed.
