An enormous sculpture of a triceratops dinosaur clad in vegetables has just been judged a world record in central China. The huge edifice, spanning 14.32m (47ft) long, 3.25m (10ft) wide and 5.41m (18ft) high, was constructed from 10 vegetables, including broccoli, cauliflower, pumpkin, carrot, white radish and aubergines and weighs in at just over four tons. Built by Zunyi Culture and Tourism Development (Group) Co for the Chishui harvest festival in Guizhou province, the vegetables will be used to supply local primary and high schools.
