Plant cyclamen under trees

Garden News (UK) - - What to do -

Pretty autumn-flowering cyclamen, C. hederifolium, is perfect for those dry, shady spots under deciduous trees. They favour part-shade and a woodland-style setting for naturalising, so now’s the perfect time for buying some from a garden centre and incorporating them into a naturalistic planting. Trowel out a hole that’ll just fit the roots and compost – bulb planters easily cut out sections from grass and borders. Back fill with a little compost and water.
