Q Is the council compost spreading my celandine?

A MATTHEW SAYS Municipal waste composting is very different from the composting most of us do at home. It relies on the heat from billions of bacteria rubbing together as they get excitable in the heap. The resulting heat is enough to burn human skin, and certainly enough to kill your celandine bulbs.
