Green screen

Gardens Illustrated Magazine - - Design -

A trial section of green wall that is sustained only by rainwater has been such a success that it has been tripled in length, and now covers a 30m section of a building near London Bridge. The system, created by Treebox, harvests enough rainwater in storage tanks to sustain the wall for up to six weeks. Key plants include Asplenium and Polystichum ferns, sedges, sweet box and geraniums. treebox.co.uk
