The Antony Grey Gay Times Honour (Government and Policy) Euan Sutherland (b. 1977)
Anthony Grey was a leading LGBTQ rights activists who campaigned tirelessly for the law reforms advocated by the 1957 Wolfenden Report. He has been credited as having done “more than any single man to bring this social problem to the notice of the public.”
At just 17, Euan Sutherland took the UK government to the European Court of Human Rights to challenge the age of consent laws and won.
