FootJoy has unveiled the latest iteration of its iconic StaSof, the world’s number-one Cabretta leather glove that is played by more than 800 tour players around the world.

The 13th generation of the glove continues to deliver a blend of performance technologies and handsewn craftsmanship. The result is a soft and comfortable feel, precision tailored fit and grip and durability in all playing conditions.

Constructed from premium Taction2 Advance Performance Cabretta leather, the new design includes a softer, moisture-wicking elastic cuff that contours the glove to the hand for a lightweight feel and improved fit.

A new single-stitch PowerNet mesh and strategically placed perforations also create a more comfortable fit across the knuckles.

The new StaSof is available in 15 sizes, across men’s left, men’s right and cadet options, which are all available now with an RRP of £20 per glove. How to find the right size glove Your glove should feel like a second skin, so if you have excess fabric at the end of the fingers or in the palm then it’s too big.

The tab should also only just come across the Velcro, so if you have to pull it across to tighten it, then that is also too big.
