Once you’ve set­tled into your ad­dress po­si­tion, and you’ve got that loft on the face and your weight on your front foot, it’s im­por­tant you main­tain both. Keep­ing my weight fixed on my front foot gives me the feel­ing I can get the club “ver­ti­cal” on the back­swing. Be­cause the face is so open and lofted, I know I can’t hit the ball too far, even with a full swing.
