I have a great trainer who works me pretty hard each day to stay flex­i­ble. I spend a lot of time on core strength­en­ing, which I highly rec­om­mend for all golfers. This al­lows me to be ath­letic over the ball and keep my right knee bent and hips cen­tred as I turn back. My flex­i­bil­ity also al­lows me to make a very wide arc with my swing.
