Heroes in a half-zip

Golf World (UK) - - SPIN -

Thanks to the unpredictability of the UK weather, we’re not sure if you’ll be reading this in 40-degree heat, sweat dripping onto the page, or shivering like an eskimo whose central heating has just packed up. (Do eskimos even have central heating? We’re not sure.)

The point is, at some point the temperature in the UK is going to get colder than the crazy highs we’ve been experiencing for the last couple of months. When that happens, you’ll still want to play golf, so you’ll need something that keeps you nice and warm but still lets you swing freely.

That’s where these nifty half-zip jumpers come in. They’re cleverly designed to combine warmth and breathability, and to stretch in all the right places so you don’t feel like you’re swinging in a straitjacket. And even better, they’ll also give you an extra layer to hide the consequences of those halfway-house bacon rolls you’ve been overdosing on all season.

“The players on the Web.com Tour welcomed me with open arms in 2017, and it was an amazing experience to play with up-and-coming PGA Tour stars inside the ropes at TPC Stonebrae.” Three-time NBA champ Steph Curry accepted an invite to play in the Ellie Mae Classic, his second Web.com appearance.
