CHIP WITH A WIDE SWING ARC
Think of your chipping as an extension of your putting stroke. Use your big muscles – not your hands and wrists – to control the width and pace of your swing. See here how much more my body turns when I don’t break my wrists too much. If you do that, you’ll be able to control your distance and the amount of spin you put on the ball. The more accurately you can predict how the ball will react on landing, the better your chipping is going to be.
