ONE SEN­TENCE RECIPE Grilled Swiss and ham hock

Makes 2 sand­wiches Spread 4 slices of sour­dough bread with soft but­ter, turn over, spread each with ½tbsp whole­grain mus­tard; di­vide 4 sliced gherkins be­tween 2 slices of bread, top each with 100g (3½oz) shred­ded ham hock and 100g (3½oz) grated Gruyère cheese, sand­wich to­gether with re­main­ing slices and cook in a pre­heated fry­ing pan, over a medium heat for 4-5min each side, pressed or weighted down un­til toasted, melted and hot through.
