My oven just blew up. OK, not literally. But it’s bust, never to see a cake again! So this month, for one month only, this recipe is no-bake, and requires basically no equipment either, apart from a few mini cupcake liners. These homemade peanut butter cups might seem like an indulgent treat, but actually there’s a lot of goodness in them, and could make the perfect post-gym treat. The dark chocolate is full of antioxidants and is good for your heart, plus it’s been shown to reduce cholesterol. And the peanut butter is a great source of protein and the right sort of fats. Just obviously don’t go overboard, one of these little treats should be plenty.
