An employee of a Hamilton law firm has retired after 27 years’service.

Isabel Mcseveney of Scullion LAW joined the firm on July 31, 1990, when it was called Nicholas J Scullion and Co and was based in the town’s Church Street.

She started as cashier and went on to become practice manager.

Nicholas Scullion senior described Isabel this week as a constant source of knowledge, support and advice to the business and the family over the years.

He said:“isabel allowed me to concentrate on building the business and serving clients, knowing the firm was in Isabel’s safe hands.

“I would not have been able to get on with any of that without the support of Isabel running such a tight ship behind me.

“We could always rely on Isabel. She is part of our family and will continue to be close to our hearts.

“We wish her a long, healthy, happy and well-earned retirement.”
