Award is positive feedback for carers
Lanarkshire Carers Centre have received the Carer Positive award.
It is presented to employers in Scotland who have a working environment where carers are valued and supported.
They have also been presented with the Volunteer Friendly Award and Bronze Healthy Working Lives Award.
A spokesperson for the centre said:“we believe that our services are enhanced by the varied skills and experience that our employees bring, and that we give them an opportunity to build confidence, skills and contribution to our community through helping others.”
