Bingo and cabaret gives Macmillan boost

Kind-hearted customers at Ud­ston So­cial Club in Burn­bank have raised £2500 for Macmillan Cancer Sup­port.

The money was raised through a prize bingo night and a cabaret event fea­tur­ing 13 singers.

This is the third year run­ning the club has raised funds for Macmillan, and or­gan­is­ers would like to thank all who sup­ported their ef­forts, in­clud­ing customers and lo­cal shops.

Spe­cial thanks goes to Mark Mul­grew of Emkay En­ter­tain­ments for ar­rang­ing the singers.
