Man suffers head injury as cars crash
ONE person was taken to hospital after being injured in a three-car collision in Harlington.
The man, who has not been named, was one of two people who received roadside treatment after the incident in Shepiston Lane on Wednesday last week.
Emergency crews were called just before 7.20am. A London Fire Brigade spokesman said two people were removed from the vehicles and were treated by paramedics by the time firefighters arrived.
A man in his 30s was taken to Hillingdon Hospital for treatment to a head injury, which is not believed to be serious.
On the same day, a multi-car pile-up on the A40 caused tailbacks between Swakeleys Roundabout and Denham Roundabout.
The collision was on the westbound carriageway in the morning rush hour.
Two lanes were blocked by the incident.
No casualties were reported.
