Police pursuit from M4 ends in station cul-de-sac
READER Cara Jane Powell was an eye witness when a car chase ended with a bang.
Three people were arrested after the vehicle in which they were travelling was in collision with a kerb and then two parked cars in Station Approach, West Drayton, shortly after 9pm on Tuesday, September 2.
Police said the car had been pursued from a petrol station on the M4 eastbound, in Hounslow.
A 35-year-old man has been charged with dangerous driving, driving while disqualified and driving with no insurance.
Jason Bennet, of Heather Lane, West Drayton, appeared at Feltham Magistrates’ Court on Thursday, September 4. He was remanded in custody and is due to appear at Kingston Crown Court on Wednesday, September 17.
A man aged 36 and a 15-year-old boy have been bailed pending further enquiries.
