DUCK rac­ing, live mu­sic and great food had peo­ple flock­ing to Colne Val­ley Park for the an­nual Colne Val­ley Food and Mu­sic Fes­ti­val on Sun­day.

The Styles, from New Den­ham, per­formed on the main stage and for the first time there was a sec­ond stage for acous­tic acts.

The Iver En­vi­ron­ment Cen­tre ran ac­tiv­i­ties for chil­dren in ad­di­tion to the tra­di­tional duck rac­ing and river dip­ping too.

Sarah Hod­gett, from the vis­i­tor cen­tre, said: “It was re­ally suc­cess­ful, and we had great weather for the end of Septem­ber. There were eas­ily about 1,500 peo­ple.

“Ev­ery­one looked like they were hav­ing fun.”
