Flats plan for Audit House
RUISLIP: Audit House, a three-storey office block in Field End Road, can be converted into 22 flats under extended permitted development rights.
Lintons (Eastcote) Ltd has submitted details of the transport, flooding, and contamination risks to Hillingdon Council for prior approval for the change of use.
Martin Hill was flying the two metre long blimp at about 6.10pm on Thursday, October 2 when he lost sight of it.
Mr Hill believes it could have landed in the open spaces or farmland surrounding Harefield Hospital, in Hill End Road.

The council is taking part in the Big Tidy-Up, a national project by the Keep Britain Tidy Group, which is designed to make the capital cleaner.
So far only one location has been confirmed – King’s College playing fields in Ruislip – but others will be added as the date approaches, says the council.
The tidy-ups will take place from 10am to noon.
