PUPILS got a special treat when Waterloo Road actor Richard Mylan popped in to help celebrate their school’s 15th anniversary, writes Will Ackermann.
The actor, who plays Simon Lowsley in the BBC drama series, chatted with youngsters at Hillingdon Manor School on Thursday, October 23.
The celebrations were also attended by Uxbridge and South Ruislip MP John Randall, deputy mayor of Hillingdon Councillor George Cooper and deputy mayoress Councillor Judith Cooper.
As part of the event, students danced and staff sang during an assembly.
The school in Harlington Road, Hillingdon was cofounded in 1999 as an educational facility for children with autism by Anna Kennedy, whose two sons have the condition, and is run by Principle Akinyi Dulo.
