We know we can count on you
LET’S start with some great news – which is that Poppy, the greyand-white cat featured last week, has found a loving home. OK, so Jaz, the beautiful grey semi-long-haired cat also in last week’s Gazette, has still to find her perfect match, but as ever we remain confident because we know there are so many wonderful people out there ready to give an animal in distress a second chance in life.
Animals such as Pipper, a gorgeous female ‘Yorkie’ cross-breed, who came in with a big group of dogs because her owner felt she had far too many animals and was unable to cope.
Pipper is a very loving little dog and gets on really well with other pooches, but because she has not had any one-to-one attention, she will need a lot of training and someone willing to give her the time she needs to learn all the basics, such as house training and going for walks.
Pipper is desperate for someone to love her and give her the attention she deserves. Could that be you?
Also needing a loving family home are Blue, a six-month-old male grey lop, and Bunny, a male white ‘lionhead’ who is about one year old.
This lovely pair of rabbits came to the us because their owners were moving house and couldn’t take them.
Blue and Bunny are very friendly fellows and are used to children and to being handled. Like all rabbits, these boys will require a large, spacious hutch and a generous-sized run with plenty of room to play, stretch and exercise.
With somewhere lovely to live, a nutritious diet and lots of loving care, Blue and Bunny
News from the Hillingdon, Slough, Windsor, Kingston and District branch would indeed be happy little bunnies.
