Fare rises will do Boris no favours

LONDON’S cost-of-liv­ing cri­sis just got worse. Boris John­son has in­creased bus and Tube fares by 2.5 per cent, with the cheap­est day trav­el­card go­ing up to £12, a whop­ping 67 per cent in­crease.

Maybe he has for­got­ten he is seek­ing to be elected as MP for Uxbridge and South Ruis­lip, be­cause he cer­tainly has not done peo­ple here any favours.
